Can I track my order?

Yes. Orders from Iconic Print Co. can be tracked.

We understand how important it is to know the status and whereabouts of your order, so we've put a tracking link in your delivery confirmation email. You can also track your order from your account:

  1. Click on My Account. (If you are not signed in already, you will be prompted to do so.)
  2. Click on the order number and a detailed receipt displays.
  3. Click the Track button.
  4. The tracking page for the delivery company will open and display delivery information for your order.

Does Iconic Print Co. offer 24 hr printing?

We understand that price is important, but we have also realized deadlines are sometimes more important. We have listened to our customers who need a super fast turnaround, and we're happy to say we can now offer just that - 24 Hour turnaround on our Digital printing. Iconic Print Co. utilizes the most advanced digital print equipment. 

* 24 hour turnaround time is based on 24 hours from store closing time.
ie. If you submit a file by 12 pm you will receive the order by the following day at 5 pm when the store closes. Turnaround time also is subject to review of artwork.

What options are available for product design?

There are three options for designing and customizing a product. Click a product on the left-hand panel and choose one of the options.

  1. Custom Design: lets you customize the products. Click it to open the design studio and use multiple tools to create your own design.
  2. Browse Design: use this to select hundreds of pre-loaded templates. Work on them or customize them through our design studio.
  3. Upload Design: using this option, you can upload your own JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, EPS, AI, PDF, and PSD images.

What is paper stock and card stock?

The type of paper used for different purposes is expressed in weight. In the countries following the European system, it is grams per square meter (gsm or g/m2 or simply g) and in the US system, it is Pound (lb). The paper used for writing/printing (letterheads and such stationery) is generally between 60 to 120 gsm (20 to 70 lb) and is called the paper or text stock. Anything heavier than this is considered the card stock, i.e. the paper used for business cards, postcards, greeting cards, etc.

Explain the difference between glossy and matte paper stock.

Coated papers are available in two finishes – glossy (shiny and smooth) and matt (flat and lusterless). Coated glossy papers reflect the light evenly so they are suitable for almost all types of printing jobs. Glossy papers have a good ink holdout, which is important for creating sharp, bright images.

What color formats are supported by your site?

Our system supports RGB (red, green, blue) for producing digital prints. We have accurately mapped color pallet to match RGB to CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, key) to ensure proper 4-color printing.

What is the resolution of the output file?

300 dpi (dots per inch) is the resolution of the output PDF file.

What printing method do you use?

We use digital printing, which provides the highest quality of print material for both text and images.

Does Iconic Print Co. accept refund?

All refunds will be in the form of in-house credit toward your next print.

Are the prices listed on the site final? How do I know the total cost?

No, the price list indicates the basic prices of products against speculative quantities. The prices are calculated with regard to the most basic paper/card types, sizes, and single side printing. As you know, the final printing cost depends on many parameters: paper/card weights or thickness (GSM/Pt), glossy or matte finish, 2 or 4 colors, square or rounded corners, single or double sided printing, quantity, destination shipping charges and the mode of transport. Please use the indicative prices for calculating the basic cost. Once you place the order using the above parameters, we will quickly mail you the final, exact cost.
